The Negotiating table: The election’s winner is the formation’s loser

In the first episode of ‘The Negotiating table’ we discuss one of the oldest dutch ways of negotiating: The coalition negotiations. After the elections the game to form a new government kicks off. How this works precisely remains a bit of a mystery, mainly done behind closed doors.
