Stakeholder Engagement

Make sure that you listen, and that you are heard.

About this course

In this course we will guide you from stakeholder management towards stakeholder engagement. Our new way of looking at the relationship you have with your important stakeholders will help your organisation by achieving integral alignment on core agendas. You will learn to identify key (unexpected) stakeholders, and know how to deal with this appropriately.

You’ll develop a stakeholder engagement plan that is focused on listening to stakeholders and defining what their ‘get’ is. Afterwards you will be able to present yourself as a problem solver in your interaction with stakeholders.
