Aidan Winkels is a Consultant at &FLUENCE. He specializes in:

Aidan has spent the first eight years of his career in the music industry composing, recording and producing his own music in the Netherlands and abroad. Collaborating with artists from all over the world and running into constant contract negotiations, inspired him to dive into the field of international negotiations and effective negotiation and networking skills. Utilizing his creativity and experience from the international cultural sector, he guides clients in thinking beyond the ‘textbook’ approaches to negotiations and networking, and supports them in devising effective stakeholder engagements. Currently, Aidan is finishing up his Bachelor in Public Administration.
