Erin Sullivan

Erin Sullivan is a Consultant at &FLUENCE. She specializes in:

  • Managing trade-offs faced by stakeholders in complex negotiations
  • Understanding organizational and behavioural considerations when designing engagement processes
  • Providing guidance on evolving roles and capacities when collaborating with diverse stakeholders

She helps our clients with critical, scientific analysis of the fluctuating elements affecting stakeholders, so that the engagements are well designed and effectively facilitated.

Next to her work at &FLUENCE, Erin is currently pursuing her PhD at Leiden University, focusing on how stakeholders manage complexities during engagement. She is also an invited scholar to the Lobbying and Democratic Governance research team focusing on stakeholder activity in Canada. Prior to her PhD, Erin was a researcher in a NWO-funded research project examining the role and impact of stakeholders in EU regulatory processes. She also interned in Heineken’s Global public affairs team and the World Resources Institute’s European liaison office. Erin completed her master’s in public administration, and her bachelors in political science.
