Tom Cobbenhagen

Tom Cobbenhagen is a Consultant at &FLUENCE. He specializes in:

• Guidance in governmental relations for high-tech start- and scale-ups
• European stakeholder engagement
• Leading iterative user-centred (solution) design processes
• Facilitating strategy development

Tom holds an MSc in Industrial Design Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology, during which he specialised in design leadership and entrepreneurship. At &FLUENCE, Tom combines his engineering background and experience with public institutions to approach challenges from a different angle to assist young high-tech companies in developing innovative ways to create impact.

Additionally, he has held both national and international board positions at the European Youth Parliament, a pan-European informal educational youth platform. Through this, he developed a thorough understanding of European institutions and how to facilitate organisational development on a national and international scale.
